V1 Retreats

V1 Retreats rents luxury villas and wellness retreats across Ibiza, Mykonos, Marbella, Zermatt and more, with a London based concierge team looking after every stay. They needed a website that feels as calm as the homes themselves and still does the practical work.

Logcrew · Freight operations platform

Freight inquiries, bids and paperwork in one record

The problem

Freight forwarders chase rates by email and phone, then type the same shipment details again into bills of lading and invoices. It is slow, and small mistakes get expensive.

How it works

A forwarder sends one inquiry and Logcrew puts it in front of vetted agencies matched by lane and mode. Comparable bids come back the same day, and the winning bid carries through to award, bill of lading and invoice.

The outcome

One record from inquiry to invoice, so the documents always agree with each other and the paper trail holds up when a shipment is questioned weeks later.

Sota · Property management system

Real-time availability across 300+ booking channels

The problem

List a property on five booking channels and you have five versions of the truth. Double bookings happen in the gap between a booking landing on one channel and the others finding out.

How it works

Sota holds one calendar and pushes price and availability out to more than 300 channels, including Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com and Vrbo, reconciling new bookings within seconds.

The outcome

Overbooking stops being something a host sorts out at the end of a long day and becomes something the system prevents.
